5 Piece Cutlery Set - Ontario Old Hickory
These knives are made with fully heat-treated and tempered 1095 carbon steel and fitted with hardwood handles secured with brass rivets. Once assembled they go through a sharpening process that guarantees a sharp edge.
 
This 5-piece set includes a 4" paring knife, a 7" butcher's knife, an 8" slicing knife, a 6" boning knife and a 3 1/4" paring knife. 
 
Carbon steel knives will develop a distinctive dark finish. This is not a defect, but a result of the use of high-carbon steel. These knives are not dishwasher safe and never let them sit in water for a long time. Hand washing is recommended to avoid rusting.
