This cast-iron ribbed fajita platter set allows unwanted fats and grease to be channeled away from your meal with its built-in special lip.
 
The cast iron absorbs and retains high temperatures needed for perfect cooking. The set included a padded mitt for safety, as well as a 12.5" x  7.5" oval lacquered wooden base to stop the platter from slipping or burning the serving surfaces.
